Get 404 error

New Here ,

I'm trying to use Adobe Export to convert PDF to Excel and I get a 404 Error for the past few days (The file you are trying to access could not be found. The file may have been deleted or moved in another session).  It worked last week on the same PC.  Using Windows 7, IE 10 Tried IE 8 on another PC, tried through Citrix, confirmed with the network admins that it's not a firewall issue.

Please help, this is getting old quickly and I have about 80 documents to convert

Hi Dean,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing the ExportPDF online service. I've checked your account, and there are no issues there. And, the service is up and running, so no issues on that end.

Have you tried clearing the browser cache, or logging in via a different browser? (See System requirements | Acrobat.com for a list of supported browsers.)

What happens when you try to convert a file from within Adobe Reader?

Best,

Sara
