Hi Zorac,

Sorry for the delay.

Are you receiving this error message when signing the document online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/fillsign or through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

The issue is not reproducible at our end. So there could be a possibility that there was some temporary issue with the connection which might got resolved automatically after a while.

Can you please check the same and let us know the latest on it?

If you were working on the desktop application Adobe Reader and getting this error in result, then try the following-

1- Open Adobe Reader>help>Check for update. If no update, then-

2- Open Adobe Reader>help>Repair Installation. Still doesn't work, then-

3- Use cleaner tool to uninstall the application- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall it- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Let us know if none of the solution provided above works.

Regards,

Akanchha
