getting conversion failure when trying to convert pdf document to word.

I want to convert a pdf document to word.  I have paid for a export pdf service that is supposed to do that but I keep getting conversion failure errors.

Are you doing the conversion from a web browser or within Reader? If Reader try a web browser from the cloud.acrobat.com website.
