Getting data in Text Box after conversion from Pdf to Excel instead of cells

Hi Team,

I am getting data in text boxes instead of cell for the pdf having docusign. Data is coming in cells for the pdf not having docusign. Please help.

Please let us know how you're trying to convert the PDF to Excel.

Are you using the Acrobat Online account or the Acrobat desktop application?

Share the steps you do and the Excel sheet you create from PDF.

Thank you for responding.

We are using "Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc" which is desktop application.(Version:2021.007.20095)

Steps for converting Pdf to Excel:

1.Open the PDF which to be converted to Excel.
2.Click on "File"
3.Click on "Export to"-> "Spreadsheet"-> "Microsoft Excel workbook"
4.Click on "Save"

Please let us know what can we rectify so as to avoid getting values in "textbox". We only want values in "Cell".
