Getting error message "Error occurred while signing in" while exporting any PDF || ExportPDF services

I keep getting "error occurred while signing in" when I try to email or export the PDF.  But I am signed in already.

Hi Joytrink,

As per the description above, you are getting an error message "Error occurred  while signing in" while exporting any PDF, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe PDFPack on your Adobe ID, more about Adobe PDFPack: How to Use Adobe PDF Pack
