Gibberish on conversion from PDF to Word

I just signed on, paid my yearly fee, exported a file from PDF to Word and it came up gibberish. How do I contact someone to either fix this or cancel my subscription? Because I see nada.  How do I reach someone to help me with this?

Since you were using the Export pdf for the conversion, so the cancellation can be done through- Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

Adobe Export PDF can create high-quality conversions, but the quality of converted document depends on the quality of the PDF file you start with.
