I just saw a charge on my credit card for $16.32 Adobe systems, INC. Acrobat Pro. 800-833-6687 CA.

I have NOT AUTHORIZED this transaction and I would like to request for REFUND and CANCELLATION of my registry in your system.

Please check it up. Thank you.

Hi hakchulk,

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have Creative Cloud Photography plan, annual, paid monthly with next billing date 20 Jan 2019 . If you got charged before the billing  date, I would suggest you to contact support using this link:  Contact Customer Care

( sign in with your adobe id to begin > select account issues > change or upgrade my membership > show me my contact options > and select from chat or phone).

Thanks,

Sh

1. Did you at any time give Adobe your credit card number?

2. Does this show up in your account details as a subscription?

Hi,

Thank you for your response. However, it is not help so far.

You suggested cancel my membership by Adobe Acrobat. But I don't have a plan for Adobe Acrobat now.

So how can I cancel the Acrobat without plan?

I only have a plan for photography plan and Document cloud free for Acrobat.

My question is why did you charge for Acrobat Pro $16.32 even I did't purchase for Acrobat Pro yet?

And now the price of Acrobat is $14.99

Please let me know, Where did this $16.32 come from?

Thank you.

Not sure what subscription you mean. First you said Export PDF, now Adobe Acrobat. Where do you see the names and what does it say exactly?

If this does not show up in your account this is a serious concern and suggests that someone has used your card without authorization, on their own account.

Hi Adobe,

This charge showed up on my credit card bill as an automatic charge for $23.88 for Adobe Export PDF Subscription 408-536-6000 CA.  I can't even use Adobe export on my current laptop.  How do I get my account credited?  I left a voicemail message at that number for Customer Support, but haven't yet received a call back.  Please advise, thanks.
