 Can anyone advise please? I googled but couldn't find a solution

As you have mentioned above, you are trying to login to Adobe Acrobat and receive the error message.

Could you please confirm if you are trying to Adobe Acrobat online account or the Adobe Acrobat desktop application?

Please share the screenshot of the window on which you receive the error message.
