Looking at the information above, I assume you are referring to the cancellation of existing subscription of "Adobe Export PDF" registered to your account? If yes, then the subscription status seems to be suspended now.

To terminate the subscription completely, you need to take help of our  billing support team, to whom u need to contact by following the steps mentioned below-

1- Refer to the link  Contact Customer Care

2- Select Account issues
