Please forgive me, I am a Luddite. I've just upgraded computers, following on from a complete PC crash. I found the "my Adobe" page because I was looking for the licence of my photo shop editor - which thankfully I found. Also on there is a license key from a previously purchased version of Adobe Acrobat. My question is, how do I find out which version it covers? This morning I have downloaded versions 8, 9 & 10 (hit and miss I know), installed them and then entered the license key. Each time I'm told that an invalid license key has been entered. Not really sure what to do next - can anyone help?

Hi thick Al!
I've checked your account, in hopes of determining what version of Acrobat you might have, but there's no order history under the email address that you use here in the forums. I think the quickest course of action would be for you to Contact Customer Care. A Customer Care agent should be able to help you out!
Best,
Sara

Thanks Sara. When I attempt to do this, it tells me my best way of contacting the company is via the forums?! Hence the question that I asked above. Is there simply a telephone number I could call (I'm in the UK, not the US)? Sorry to be a pain

Sara, thank you. I would love to speak to someone but the help pages seem to send me to the forum for answers. Is there a telephone number in the uk I could call to speak to someone who could help me?

Adobe's web site often seems cynically designed to avoid people getting in touch. But follow the "right" path and you find the way. I tried this:
Click on the Contact Customer Care link Contact Customer Care
Choose a product: Adobe Acrobat
Choose Membership, Account, Payment
Click Still need Help
Choose CHAT
