Hi noname4ever,

Are you trying to purchase from Germany? If so, PayPal isn't available for Acrobat PDF Services subscription orders. Please see Adobe Store | Online order and payment FAQ.

Best,

Sara

Hey Sara,

I'm a student and I don't have a VISA or Mastercard, but I need this program for my university documents, scripts and presentations to make them more compact with Word....

How is it possible that a big company like Adobe can't offer to pay with PayPal in Germany?

I really need this programmm, is there any other to get access to it?

Ben

Hi Ben,

You are welcome to a free 30-day trial of Acrobat to get you started: Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC

While it doesn't solve the problem long-term, you would be able to convert your PDFs to Word using Acrobat for that trial period. Then, Adobe does offer student pricing for Creative Cloud (which you could purchase using PayPal): Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe.

Best,

Sara

Hi Sara,

thank you for your help so far, I will try this solution for the moment.

On a long term the Adobe Cloud option would be far too expensive for me with around 12$ per month for just the convert function, since I don't need anything else...

It would be great if you at Adobe could work on a solution that allows selecting only this function on the Cloud or enable the PayPal paying option for the converter (I prefer this solution, since it wouldn't force me to use a cloud service)

(I would be really grateful if I could buy this program and don't have to damage the company by being forced to use pirated software... 😕 )

Ben
