I sent the message below earlier this evening. As I needed to have a functioning program this evening to deal with urgent business, I conducted a search and found another program that was easy to download and easy to use.
As a result please cancel my subscription to your service immediately. As your site says, if cancelled within 30 days....there is no charge. Given that I was a customer for a matter of only a couple hours, I trust there will be no charge to my credit card, or an immediate refund for the full amount.

Hello,
I attempted to install this program 5 times just now and each time got an error message saying an unexpected failure was encountered. Please have someone call me or advise me as to what to do next. I purchased this program as I need it right now.

1. You didn't post any other message than this; there is nothing else from you anywhere in the forum.
2. "This program" doesn't tell us anything. Nor do you tell us anything else, e.g. your operating system.
3. Phone support is only available Mon-Fri during daytime in the US or your country of residence. Outside of that you need to use chat.

I am getting the same "unexpected failure" message and cannot install Adobe Pro DC for Fill and Sign. The dmg file downloads but the installation stalls fairly early in the process.
Im using Mac Yosemite OS. Am obtaining download using Firefox. Also tried with Safari download.
