Help on check box.

I have 3 check boxes and depending on which one is chosen then the text field needs to be a different amount?

Please help!!!!

EBM1 CHECKED AMOUNT SHOULD BE 449

M1 CHECKED AMOUNT SHOULD BE 549

NM1 CHECK AMOUNT SHOULD BE 849
