Help with Adobe Acrobat Reader

Hello I am currently studying and when I open my assessment it lets me do most of it then when I go to add a number for some reason when I open my pdf document I keep getting this pop-up I am not sure why can you disable it.

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems that you are using the "Insert text" option under the Comment PDF tool. That is the reason whenever you add a number, it creates a comment box for it. Please use the Fill & Sign tool to add a number to the PDF. For more information, refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4dvmiCx.
