help with Adobe

I purchased it and it bills me monthly but every time I try to open a PDF it asks me to buy it again. I have a MAC book Air and not sure why it is not working. If anyone can give me any advice or guidance on how to get access to it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Please let us know which Adobe Online Service or Software are you using.

Moreover i would like to inform you that you need to sign-in into Adobe service/Software using your Adobe ID, in order to Access the purchased service/Software.
