Hi, I have managed to create a pdf form (questionnaire) from a word document. However, when I tested it by sending it to few people, some of them had trouble filling it out. Or they could fill the form but when they tried to save it (with a different file name) the form didnt save the changes. And it remained empty. But some were able to do this. What could be the reason for this? Thanks for your help!

Please let us know using which application you are trying to fill the form.

Also please let me know the users who are able to fill the form & save the changes, which application is being used  by them .

Is this happening with this document only or others as well ?
