Hi, I need for my files to end in lower case (.pdf). When I upload the files, it's automatically in capital PDF. How can I fix this?

Hi Sarah,

If you could, that'll be great since I have no use for it. I was under the impression from what I read before paying it that there will be no refund. Thank you if you can make that happen. Are there any other options that could help me with my problem though. I still need to be able to convert many more files into .pdf format, not .PDF. Please let me know.

Thank you again.

Hi,

How are you uploading the files?  When I upload a file named file1.pdf on my Mac to cloud.acrobat.com, it shows up there are file1.pdf (not file1.PDF or FILE1.PDF). Is this not happening for you?

Hi Bob, thanks for responding. I'm uploading to the U.S.P.T.O..gov website. It's done automatically there. If it helps any, I'm using my desktop computer and I know it's outdated. I'm clueless on this one. I'm not understanding why.

You’ll have to ask them why they are converting the files names. Adobe has nothing to do with that website.

Good luck!

They require it to be lower case .pdf. As a matter of fact, I asked them about it and they actually did the converting to lower case for. I'm trying to find the solution so I don't have to keep on asking them to do it for me since I will be submitting a lot more files. I thought by subscribing and paying Adobe for the service, I'd be free of all troubles. Apparently not. I'm thinking it's my outdated computer.

I don't know what subscription you purchased from Adobe, but no service we provide would have any impact on uploading of files to the uspto.gov website. I'm sorry that we couldn't be of help.

I opted for the unlimited file to pdf conversion plan that's $9.99/ month.I do appreciate your input and help. I guess it was a waste of money. Thank you and take care.

Hi trin,

I'm sorry that your subscription didn't meet your needs.

I see that you just subscribed to ExportPDF. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund. Would you like me to take care of that for you?

Best,

Sara
