How can I access the document metadata?

On a Word document, I need to access Title under Document Properties to make a change.  I was told I might be able to do this thru Acrobat by accessing the meta data. How do I access the meta data?

Hi sportertesting,

If you save the Word  file as a PDF, you can open it in Acrobat and choose File > Properties. Click the Description tab and then click Additional Metadata to enter document metadata. Please see Acrobat Help | PDF properties and metadata for additional information.

Please let us know how it goes.

Best,

Sara
