I need to convert a document to a pdf/A file. How can I do this?

Are you using Acrobat software or Acrobat.com Online service?

If you have Acrobat software then you can Easily convert a document to pdf and then use the 'Save as Other...' feature to save that pdf as Achievable PDF (PDF/A). ?
