How can I do a conversion and see it on the Adobe cloud?

I just purchase a subscription and now I want to convert a PDF to Docx. When in Adobe reader, select a file, select conversion type,  click "convert", and click on "view converted files" - there are no files in my cloud account. What am I missing?

Hi richardp4032965,

When you convert a file via Adobe Reader, your converted file is automatically stored in your Acrobat.com online account. If you don't see it there, please log out of Acrobat.com, clear the browser cache, and then log back on to https://cloud.acrobat.com.

If you still don't see your files, please let us know.

Best,

Sara
