How can I send a pdf to people on mobile, and have their comments easily sent back to me? As I understand it, this can't be done through Document Cloud. I'm dealing with people of various tech skill, so the simpler the solution the better.

Hi Gothamoddisee,

You can share the file after adding the comment to it or to get the commenting done by end users through.

The document that you are sharing should have the commenting allowed in it, it shouldn't be Protected.
