How can you disable the acrobat.com app from automatically updating the file?

I don't want a form that I have to constantly be saving with the newly added information from the ipad. I would like the blank form to remain blank for the next person using it.

Example: I have an icident report form that I created using a free pdf manipulation tool online. It has all the data entry blanks I am looking for. The problem is that when I finish entering the information for one incidient, I must then go through and delete all 50-100 fields because it saves the information to the cloud file on acrobat.com the moment I leave the document.

I want to open the file, use it, print, then leave and come back to another blank document.

Please help...
