How do I access an Adobe Reader doc I saved to the Adobe Cloud?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  I accidentally clicked on the Cloud icon, and my document was saved to the Adobe Cloud.  How do I access the saved document (I want to delete it from the Adobe Cloud)?  thx.
