How do I access an Adobe Reader doc I saved to the Adobe Cloud?

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.  I accidentally clicked on the Cloud icon, and my document was saved to the Adobe Cloud.  How do I access the saved document (I want to delete it from the Adobe Cloud)?  thx.

As per the description above, you want to access the files saved on Adobe Document Cloud storage, Is that correct?
