how do i access my service as i just signed up and am trying to convert a adobe reader document to ms word version?

You can log in to your subscription via Adobe Reader (the sign-in link is in the upper-right corner of the Tools panel). Or, you log in directly to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com. Log in using the same Adobe ID/email address and password that you used when you signed up.
