I recently signed up for Acrobat (1 year 10/9/2014). When I contacted your organization regarding a problem I was having--converting PDF images to DOC, you were unable to help me with my problem. The person I talked to finally transferred me to his supervisor and he was unable to help me as well. I want to cancel the subscription. I was unable to follow the instructions you gave for canceling. Please help. Dolores Vaughn.

Please Contact Customer Care--A quick chat session should be all that's necessary to get your subscriptions canceled (I see that you placed two orders for an Acrobat subscription on 10/9).

contacting customer care is more difficult than you would think. Hopefully someone will call me back as I called your 800 number. Dolores
