How do I cancel my subscription and also my account, It's almost impossible?

I have exactly the same issue. The link above is useless. It does not provide any helpful information, it just brings me back here.
For instance, it says this: "If you've already signed in, select phone or chat from the options below."
I've already signed in. No such options. The only option is "Forums". Which brings me back here, to a lot of threads which claim that the page above will solve all my problems.
Does anyone have actual contact information to cancel a subscription?

You have to try through the chat on line. Is the only way.

As I said in my posting, "Chat" is not an option which is offered to me. Only "Forums".

I'll check tomorrow where I found it and return to you.
I'm Brazilian and in the Brazilian website, the chat didn't work, but in American one, it was possible to me.

Go to the Plan and products page, push manage the plan button, push the cancel plan button, explain the reason and confirm.
