this has already been applied after a lengthy conversation over the phone with a supervisor. I am appalled with the customer service i recieved today, it took 6 hours to recieve a reply from a simple message. Here is a little bit of feedback - Your websites are difficult to navigate around and should be simplified, if not provid customers with (correct) instructions on how to do whatever someone may want to do. If you provide a service online to cancel a subscription, put it in a place that is easily accessable, i spent hours on end trying to find where i can cancel my subscripton - if the service simply is not provided for the customer to do so their self (which it appears to be) do not state that this action can be completed online by the customer.

Indeed, the procedure is complicated. You have to wait in the queue before a customer service representative can chat with you. And, worse, you can not do it in Italian! In the Italian site the button "chat" does not appear.
