How do I change my country

I used to live outside the US and now I live in the US. I am trying to purchase the export PDF feature, but it says that feature is not available in my country. I am assuming it has my original country somewhere in the settings, but I could not locate it.

Changing the country seems to be a task made impossible by Adobe.  Contact Customer Care - click on the Still need help? button to chat or talk with an agent.
