how do i convert a document file into a photo file like it should be?

Hi betsypoo777,

I'm not sure that I follow. Do you have a PDF file that you want to convert to an image format? Or are you just having trouble opening your image files in the right application?

Please provide a few more details about what's happening, and we'll see what we can do to sort things out.

Hi back ms. SARA... I accidently sent my photos to my drive in my documents file.. there may not be a way to fix this. But if there is a way can you plzz help me? Ty so much... betsypoo777

I'm happy to help, but still not following. Did the file format of your images change? Just moving them one on folder to another shouldn't change the format.

Please walk me through your process, so I can understand where things are broken.
