How can I get my document translated into Spaish? I bought the cheapest package which seemed to show I could do this but I cannot get it to work.

Adobe don't sell anything at all to translate languages. Whatever you bought may have supported Spanish language, but not translating it. Can you let us know what you paid for, and what made you think it translated?
