How do I convert my file? there is no control menu.

There is no control menu to convert my file. i tryed it on my Vaio, Dell and mack no control menu or button appears. No conversion takes place. ??? Why???

I uploaded my pdf file named "exceloneline.pdf"
I checked the box in front of the file name
I clicked the "download" arrow
I get two dialog boxes:

When I close the dialog box, screen reverts to the gui page.

I think I need a refund on my membership just purchased this past Monday.

Have you tried to open the same PDF document within the Internet explorer. If that is opening fine there should not be any problem download this form.

You can also try to open in different browser like Mozilla firefox or Google chrome to check download.
