Hello. I would like some help converting a PDF to an Excel spreadsheet. The end result is a spreadsheet that requires more formatting and guesswork than actually retyping the document. I understand that the issue is not Adobe's - it's "The quality of the PDF" - soooo, are there any simple steps to "prep" the PDF prior to hitting the 'convert' button that I am paying for.
Hi robertb,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when converting pdf to excel, is that correct?
Try converting the PDF file to Excel using the URL Adobe Document Cloud with your Adobe ID and password on browser and see if this brings any difference.
Have you tried exporting any other PDF file to Excel and checked? Is that issue is with one specific PDF file or with all PDF file?
If the issue is with one specific PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us
