How do I convert to Word

How do I convert files to Word?  I have paid for it and uploaded three files but what do I do now?

Hi Chrissj67

You need to go to Adobe export PDF page and sign in using your ID and password and then you can convert files to Word.

The site can't be reached.  Isn't that just wonderful.  I want to cancel this free trial.  I will not be continuing with Adobe.  Do you think that can be accomplished?  Thank you.
