Hey Grace,

Please specify whether you are talking about Acrobat pro software or Acrobat.com online service subscription.

If you have Acrobat installed, then go to File> Save as Other> Word Document

If you are using online service, then let me know for what Adobe service have you subscribed for?

Hope to get your response.

Regards,

Anubha

Hi Gracezakenaoiaoejrlkajdf,

I checked your account: you have both an ExportPDF subscription and one for Adobe PDF Pack. You certainly don't need both, as Adobe PDF Pack provides the same functionality as ExportPDF (with additional capabilities). If you'd like me to cancel one of your subscriptions, please let me know.

That said, these instructions will walk you through the conversion process (they apply regardless of the subscription that you have): Getting Started with ExportPDF | Adobe Community

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Sara
