You don't need any "keys" for Acrobat Reader. It's a free application and you can get it from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

I think I have the Pro Version and it is asking for a key when I try to

launch it. I'll look on my Credit Card statement to see if I can find a

contact number. Thanks again

Try67, is correct. Adobe Reader is a free application, you have signed/subscribed for Adobe ExportPDF services Export PDF to Word or Excel online | Adobe Export PDF .

it is an online service and can be accessed via Reader while logging in with your Adobe id (email id you subscribed with Adobe).
