OK I'm being thick. I've just purcahsed an Acrobat Standard subscription and now i cna't download it...! Help!

No worries! Please log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ using your Adobe ID and password, and click Acrobat on the right side of the application window (to the right of Create PDF). You should find a download button there. If not, let me know!

No worries! When you say you can't download it, do you mean that you're not sure where to find the download? See the Downloads and Serial Numbers section in Adobe Store | Online order and payment FAQ.
Or that you get an error when you try to download it? For that, see Troubleshoot download problems.
If you're still having trouble, please provide some details about the problem (error message, if any; what operating system you're using; description of what happens when you try to download, and so on).

thanks for your response. I know I'm being very thick but I can't actually find the download, though it is clear that the order has gone through. I must be looking in the wrong place, but perhaps you can guide me?

P.S. the issue seems to be that I can't see a Download column next to the product number.

Have downloaded, Sara - thanks. There seems to be a bit of a problem with Mozilla Firefox at the moment but I'll work on that and get back to you if the issue continues. Thanks for your help so far. Laurence
