Adobe Export PDF is an online service which you can access using a web browser @ https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or by downloading Acrobat Reader application on your computer using this link: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution .

You can also use Export PDF on your Acrobat Reader mobile application.
