Hi Musicmanat59,

You need Acrobat to edit a PDF file; and it's only available on Mac OS and Windows. There's a free Adobe Reader app for iOS, which allows commenting on a PDF, but you wouldn't be able to do any actual editing.

PDFs are platform-independent, so you can open the same PDF in Acrobat or Reader on Windows, Mac OS, and iOS!
