How do I get a link to send to my website for a fillable and electronic signable form

I knew how to do this on the old interface but I have no idea how to do it now.  I've looked everywhere for tutorials and advice but I'm getting no where.  Need to have forms on my website that can be filled in and then signed by two seperate people and then emailed to me.

Any help?  Please!!
