How do I get rid of error message when I open my PDF pack?

Everytime I use my Adobe PDF pack it gives me an error reading.  This quickly goes away and then I can use the app but it is annoying.  I don't know why it does this. Can anyone help me out?

Hi Romoro,

I understand your concern, but until you don't share the exact error message it would be difficult to understand whats going wrong.

Have you seen what exactly the message was referring to?

You said its app through which you are using your PDF Pack, so you may try rebooting your system completely.

Also, as PDF Pack is an online service so try login in online via https://cloud.acrobat.com/  and see if you get the similar message there or not?
