Are your files on workspaces.acrobat.com or files.acrobat.com?

At this time, the only option is to download them individually. But the team is looking at ways to provide multi-file download functionality in the future.

So, Adobe offers a cloud storage WITHOUT a way to get the data from there. Wow! Sounds as a responsible business. Each file moving separately, say, you have a hundred files, then it will take around three hours to get them to one's local storage. I will definentely switch to another cloud service immediately.

But thank you for quick answer, Bob.

I am having the same issue and agree with you totally.  Terrible product.  Wish I had known this before I used Acrobat.com.

Actually, if you go to https://cloud.acrobat.com/files you can check the checkboxes on the left of your files list, then click on the Download button to download multiple files.

Yes, but it puts the files into a .zip file that is "corrupted, encrypted, empty or in an incompatible format".

Strangely, after days of frustration, suddenly the files are downloading and I am able to unzip them.  Nothing different in my computer or how I was doing it.  Just worked.
