Are you converting a PDF to another format using ExportPDF, or converting a file to PDF? If you're using ExportPDF, the quality of the conversion depends on the quality of the original PDF file. Sara, thank you for the assistance. I found my problem by chance. When I went to print I had Print converter and adobe print so I switch to the latter and sure thing it work. Don't understand but if I am correct I had started using the pdf converter because adobe print was not working.
