2 wasted days later, I am still trying to reinstall on my PC.

I am having the same problem and not getting anywhere. I paid for the PDF Pack, I only just renewed my subscription not long ago (Noticed they bump the price up $20 annually) and then my aging computer decides to die completely. I had to build myself a new computer but now I have this issue of putting the PDF pack on it. I can't work out how to do it without having to pay for it again and there is no customer support for it.

Adobe PDF Pack subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
