How do I rectify signing in when it comes up with error?

Are you trying to sign in Acrobat.com at https://files.acrobat.com or signin from Adobe Reader X or Reader XI?

If you are trying to signin in Reader then please close Reader and re open Reader.

If you are trying in your browser then please try to use other browsers.
