Hi Richard,

I looked at your account and see you have an ExportPDF subscription that due for auto-renewal on August 13. You can turn off auto-renewal by logging in to your account at www.adobe.com using your Adobe ID and password. Then, find your subscription under My Plans & Products, and click Manage Plan. From there, you can turn off auto-renewal.

If you have additional questions, please let us know.

Best,

Sara

Ok, I’ll try that but first I’d like to know if there is a limit on the size of a PDF document that I might want to send.

Thanks, Rich

The file-size limit is 100 MB, but smaller files that are complex (lots of graphics, fonts, pages, etc.) can cause the service to timeout on slower Internet connections.

Well thanks again! I scanned a something that was some 15 pages in size and it contained some graphics and pictures besides a bunch of text. I tried to send it via email as a PDF which was rejected by my ISP because it contained some 440 MG. So that is when I sought out Acrobat/Adobe. So as you say, I would have run into the same refusal if I had used Acrobat. Consequently I guess my only alternative was UPS to send the document.
