I use Export PDF, and I am getting renewal notices via email. I thought it was renewed automatically. However, my checking account was compromised and I have changed my access number. Do I need to re-apply?

Gosh, I'm sorry to hear that. It's always such a pain! You don't need to reapply. You'll just need to update your payment information. Please see: Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud
