How do I update PDF Export ?

I purchased Adobe Export in March of 2016. The order details show up in my account but I cannot get reader to recognize that I have export. It keeps sending me to the purchase page. Historically Adobe has been better than this.

The best way to use the Export PDF service is by uploading the file you want to convert to Adobe's web service directly. The interface that is built into the free Adobe Reader is not very reliable, and you get much better results when you upload directly:

https://cloud.acrobat.com/

You log in with your Adobe ID, and you should then see Export PDF as one of the options at the top of the browser window.

Pure io ho lo stesso problema, non converte nulla,

Questo indirizzo indicato sopra non permette nulla, è attiva solo  l'iscrizione, come per per me ho già pagato, dovrei iscrivermi di nuovo per pagare nuovamente.Aspetto alcuni giorni se il problema non si risolve mi rivolgerò all'avvocato, penso che questo adobe vi siano dei fantasmi per quanto riguarda l'assistenza.

I have to rely on the built-in translation software to figure out what you wrote, so I may not have a good understanding of your problem. When you say (or the translator) that the listed URL does not do anything, do you mean that you cannot even log in? When you go to https://cloud.acrobat.com and you are not logged in, it should prompt you for your Adobe ID and password. Once logged in, you should see the online services that are available (among others, you should see "Export PDF"). If that's not what you see, you need to get in touch with Adobe's customer support: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html (don't use any of the "Forum" options, otherwise you will end up here again)
