I'm unable to upgrade my subscription from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to Adobe PDF Pack. I've made two attempts and receive a response that I should try again in 30 minutes, which I did.

The record shows that you subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, but now it is canceled. You may resubscribe the service through Export PDF to Word or Excel online | Adobe Export PDF on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
