Received these steps from the Adobe team at Ingram Micro
1. Go to http://www.adobechanneltraining.com/#/login
2. Enter the below login information and then click “Sign Up”
a. Username:
b. Password:
3. When prompted for an Enrollment Key – please re-enter the username and password above and click sign-up
4. Enter the required personal information to create a Channel Training login and click submit
5. After logging in, click “My Training” and complete the required training below.
a. Creative Cloud for Teams Accreditation (Lesson 1 and 2)
6. After training is complete – please log back in to www.adobe.com/partners to up-level your membership
7. On right hand side, find the “Your Partnerships” tab and then click “Upgrade Reseller Membership”
8. Complete up-level request to certified partner level and submit
9. Adobe will send you a confirmation email once approved as a Certified Partner – usually 1-2 business days.
Unfortunately, I think these steps are old since it seems the website has changed.
I have completed the steps all the way up to 5(a) and cant seem to figure out how to "upgrade reseller membership".
I figured it out... There were two accounts associated with my company. I was using the account that was not associated with the Partner Portal. Once I retrieved the credentials for that account I was able to log on to the portal to access "upgrade reseller membership".
I hope this helps anyone who encountered the same issue as myself.

This doesn't help since the adobe customer support portal only redirects me to these forums.
Those other two links are informational regarding subjects that are irrelevant to my problem.

I figured it out... There were two accounts associated with my company. I was using the account that was not associated with the Partner Portal. Once I retrieved the credentials for that account I was able to log on to the portal to access "upgrade reseller membership".
