How do I upload a file for public access in acrobat.com

I was told to upload the file to Acrobat.com and make it public. My upload went into my cloud account.

You can use the Send feature to do this. See: Acrobat.com Help | Using Adobe Send for full instructions.

The documentation is a little out of date. It still refers to Public links. They are now called Anonymous links. They're the same thing.
